5th Congressional District Candidate

Victor Hill

Victor Hill: Lawfare. Injustice. Accountability.

Victor Hill doesn’t fit the mold—and that’s exactly why people trust him. He’s not a career politician. He’s a fighter for the people.

As Clayton County Sheriff, Victor cracked down on violent crime, rooted out corruption, and redefined what it means to truly serve and protect. He stood with communities that felt unheard and unsafe, and delivered real results.

When political prosecutors tried to silence him, Victor didn’t back down. He stood tall, exposing how the justice system can be weaponized against those who challenge the status quo. His book, Vigilante, tells the story.

Now, Victor Hill is bringing that same courage and conviction to Congress.

He’s running for Georgia’s 5th District because our communities deserve more than promises. They deserve action, accountability, and a leader who won’t fold under pressure.

Why Victor Is Running

Victor Hill has never chosen the easy path, and that is exactly what sets him apart. He has been on the front lines, not the sidelines, and he has seen firsthand how working people are abandoned by politicians who care more about party lines than real lives.

While Washington insiders recycle the same tired talking points, Victor brings something different: courage, clarity, and unwavering commitment.

He is running to:

1) End the weaponization of the Department of Justice, protecting not only high-profile targets but also everyday Americans who are unfairly prosecuted and silenced

2) Fight crime through common-sense and effective policing, keeping communities safe while safeguarding civil liberties

3) Deliver federal resources directly to neighborhoods, investing where they are needed most

Read His Story

Victor’s memoir, Vigilante Sheriff: The Truth About Corrupt Prosecutors Weaponizing the Legal System, is more than a story — it’s a warning and a call to action. It shows what happens when power is abused and what it takes to stand strong when the system turns against you.

The Issues

Public Safety & Crime

Victor Hill made headlines with his fearless and results driven approach to fighting crime. On his very first day, he dismissed 27 staff members, sending a clear message that his leadership would be tough, direct, and focused on results. His bold strategies may have ruffled feathers, but they delivered real outcomes and the community took notice.

Criminal Justice Reform

Victor experienced what many fear: a justice system that protects itself instead of the people it is meant to serve. After a politically motivated prosecution led to a ten-month prison sentence, fellow inmates encouraged him to share his story.

They reminded him that while his enemies could block him from holding local office, they could not stop him from running for Congress. With the rare perspective of having both enforced the law and been unjustly imprisoned, Victor is now fighting to build a system that is fair, balanced, and truly accountable to the people, not the politicians.

“If you don’t like a candidate, vote them out. Indicting and prosecuting political opponents is wrong, no matter your party.” — Victor Hill

Reforming a Broken System

Victor’s mission in Congress is to transform a broken and sometimes corrupt criminal justice system by expanding protections against selective and politically motivated prosecutions.

His policy goals include:

1) Reforming the grand jury process to make it public, recorded, and allow the accused to be notified, present, and represented by counsel to present evidence.

2) Holding federal prosecutors accountable for perjury, to stop them from misleading juries and destroying lives.

3) Eliminating coercive plea deals, so no one faces extra punishment simply for exercising their right to trial.

4) Ending overcharging and excessive sentencing that ruin lives and waste resources.

5) Investing in mental health detention facilities, so people get treatment instead of being funneled into a broken criminal system.

Join The Movement

This campaign is powered by people, not political insiders or special interest groups. Victor is running with a mission, not a script.

Join the fight for fairness, safety, and real leadership. Your voice matters, and Victor Hill will carry it to Washington. Together, we can build a future where government serves the people, not politics.
